Please bring a drink bottle. Please wear comfortable activewear and suitable enclosed sports shoes or sandshoes.

Please note the following prior to registering for a session:

• Only register if you genuinely intend to attend, as spots are limited.

• A parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of the session.

• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to session, to allow time for check-in.
